Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2023By booking services with Makeup by Debi, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.
1. Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until this retainer has been received and cleared. The retainer will be deducted from your final balance. Due to high demand, dates cannot be held without a retainer.
2. Payment Terms
The final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date for weddings, and on the day of the event for all other services. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel your booking, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: Only the retainer is forfeited.
- Cancellations made within 90 days of the event: 50% of the total balance is due.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: 100% of the total balance is due.
Modifications to the number of services requested must be made at least 30 days prior to the event. Reductions in services within 30 days will not reduce the final balance due.
